You can't buy happiness

Premium, top-level domains for saleI think Benjamin Franklin once said "Money can't buy happiness". Alright, I dont think it was Mr. Franklin... but I do know that its not true. I'll be showing you how you can buy happiness. Maybe I'll even show you how to sell it.

It has been argued for a long time. Money can't buy happiness. But I'm not convinced. I truly believe that not only can money buy happiness, but it only takes a very little amount of carefully spent money to do so. Happiness is not easily measured. The typical way it is measured is by taking polls, filling out questionnaires, and similar tactics. But really all those will discover is a brief snapshot in time. Really at the end of the day, that is when you can measure your happiness. It’s at the end of a long day, a busy day, a boring day, a tiring day, either under stress, or amidst elation. It’s during those moments that you need to measure happiness.

So once we figure out what happiness really is, that is when we can figure out how to achieve it. So why would you believe me, when I say you can buy happiness? Do you seek joy for a moment, for a second, a minute, or an hour? How about for a day, a week, or a month? Or what if we had an entire year of happiness and joy? Well remember, its years and weeks and seconds that life is comprised of. Many of those seconds we have no control over. We might be working a 9 to 5. We might be celebrating a holiday. We might be going to the bathroom or sleeping. Those are the moments we can’t necessarily and pick and choose from. So how can we become genuinely happy? Buying happiness is not a strange concept. It’s certainly nothing new. People do it daily, whether it is with extravagant meals, vacations, clothing, or shoes.

But I’ve found a way to buy happiness. I suppose I figured out how to sell happiness. I’ll show you how. And it will only cost a dollar.
